This is the image for the news article titled 2015 ABCS FUN NIGHTThe Centennial PTO had a fantastic turnout for their elementary Fun Night on April 10th. Congratulations to our raffle winners, Brett Delay won the Windows tablet (ticket sold by Addie Sanders), Sherry Due won the Mini Wii (ticket sold by Gentry Zimmer) and Dale Staer won the Apple Pebble Smart Watch (ticket sold by Kobie Kosek). Thank you to all the parents that helped make Fun Night a success! The Pre-K and elementary kids did an awesome job at selling raffle tickets this year. They sold a total of 4,200 tickets! Miss Stuhr’s first grade class sold the most tickets, 466, and will enjoy a pizza party! The winner of the individual ticket sales was Paige Green (Miss Stuhr’s first grade class) and Hurley Harroun (Miss Huppert’s kindergarten class), each with 200 tickets sold! Both girls received $50.00 cash. Thank you to all of the elementary kids for their efforts.

The ever popular class basket auction was a huge success also. There were some wonderful items donated this year by the students and even some that were handmade by students! The Centennial PTO raised a total of $1,719.00 from the baskets. Thank you to all those that participated in the auction.

Fun Night and the related raffle raised over $9,000 for the Centennial PTO this year – WOW!

The Centennial PTO is a group of parents, teachers, grandparents, and friends who support Centennial’s elementary (PreK-6) students in numerous ways. The PTO provides a themed t-shirt for each student, elementary yearbooks for the students, digital cameras for each classroom, Fun Night, playground equipment, and a $100 allowance for each classroom. The classes have used this allowance to help pay for field trips, purchase items for their class store, create class photo albums and have class parties.
