The Centennial FBLA chapter attended the State Leadership Conference in Omaha, on April 7th-9th. The keynote speaker was Rhett Laubach who did a great job of speaking about how students can overcome obstacles and adversity. Along with the keynote speaker, students had a chance to attend leadership workshops and compete against other schools in several events. Centennial students did an excellent job of representing our school, and we had several students do exceptionally well in their competitive events. Preston Stuhr, Justin Heine, Ryan Schlueter received honorable mention on their entrepreneurship test, placing 13th out of 156 teams. Tiffany Scheele, Jesse Hartshorn, and Morgan Payne placed 6th out of 156 teams in the Entrepreneurship test. Tiffany Scheele, Jesse Hartshorn, and Nolan Hahn created a Business Plan and placed 5th , which qualified them to represent Nebraska in the National FBLA conference this summer in Atlanta, Georgia. Thanks to all students for putting in the hard work and representing Centennial in a great way!
