As you will see when secondary students receive their school pictures and new student ID cards today, there is information printed on the back of the ID card. We just wanted to share that there is a new state statute that requires the information that is there...
Nebraska State Statute 79-538.
Student identification cards; requirements.
Beginning with the 2022-23 school year, each school board shall require that the telephone number for a national suicide prevention hotline, a local suicide prevention hotline, or a crisis text line is printed on each new student identification card issued to a student enrolled in a middle school grade or a high school grade, as defined by such school board, in a school under the authority of such school board. Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the issuance of student identification cards to students in any school.

Patrons,
Please see attached letter regarding York County postcards with the proposed Centennial tax increase. There was a mistake with the proposed increase to taxes. We are working with the assessor to correct this error, as the increase was much higher than we are proposing. Please contact the district office if you have any questions.

We have learned that there was a mistake made with the York County residents' tax increase. The amount listed on the postcard is incorrect. It is much higher than the increase proposed by Centennial. We are currently working with the York County assessor to get the issue corrected. We will continue to be in communication with our patrons with further updates, as we get them from the county. Thank you.
