Centennial Quad Schedule
Power came back on around 9:50am at Centennial & the students & staff were very excited! School will remain in session barring any future outages today & we will dismiss at 3:30pm.
This morning at about 8:45am we had a power outage in the town of Utica and at Centennial School. We have been in contact with the power company and are uncertain about when the power will be restored at school. At 10:00am we will be making a final decision about canceling school for the remainder of the day. If we do not have power by 10:00am, we will be unable to prepare food for student lunches and will have to dismiss school for the day.
At this time, the track meet at 4:00pm is still on as scheduled at this time. If there are any changes to the track meet we will send out a separate communication.
The Kindergarten students will remain on their field trip until the end of the school day. If school is canceled, we will communicate transportation plans for these students later in the day.
