Memorial Health Care Systems is excited to be offering the Pfizer vaccine at no cost! We will host two clinics for patients between the ages of 12 and 17 (PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT). Sports Physicals Update: We will be partnering with Dr. Sams again this school year to offer sports physicals for our 7th-11th graders. Physicals will be offered on May 17th, 18th, and 19th from 3:30-6:30. Students will receive an email where they will sign up for a time slot on one of these day. The pre-physical packets are available in the HS office. Please see the attached letter from Dr. Sams to get more details and information pertaining to physicals. Athletic Banquet Update: Friday, May 7th @ 6:30 PM All 9-12 student-athletes, coaches, and families (including grandparents, aunts/uncles, etc.) are welcome to attend. Masks will be required. Chez Bubba will serve the meal starting at 6:30 PM in the commons. Free-will donations can be given to support Centennial Booster Club. Speaker and awards presentation will begin around 7:30 PM in the auditorium. All 9-12 student-athletes, both letter winners and participants, will be recognized, so please plan on attending if you're a 9-12 student-athlete. Thanks

Shout out to our JH track kids for a great showing at the A-Town Showdown in Aurora. Results: Paul F. placed 3rd in the shot put; Lauryn B. placed 3rd in shot put; girl’s 4x8 relay placed 3rd; boy’s 4x8 relay placed 4th, and Ella W. placed 3rd in 1600 M run. Great job Broncos!

Congratulations to the following students for being awarded top honors at the District Music Contest. Samuel Dunbar and Psalm Richters were both awarded the Outstanding Performance Award. Benjamin Sams was award with the Honorable Mention. OPA awards are awarded to the top musician from each judge. HM is awarded to the next 1 or 2 students per judge. Due to retirements, Centennial Public School has multiple openings for Special Education classroom support paraprofessionals as well as classroom paraprofessionals for the 2021-22 school year. Experience with special needs preferred for Special Education para positions. Positions are available in grades PK-12. The weight room is opened for students Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings at 7:00 AM where it is sponsored by a teacher or coach. With the track meet scheduled for 4/20 being moved to 4/26, we have updated the track concessions sign-up with the new date.
